So, we've created a process that delivers exactly what our commercial clients need. Broadly, it's about communication - and thinking ahead; considering what excellent client care genuinely looks and feels like to you.

The phone will be answered promptly by a human being with a friendly voice who'll be pleased to discuss your requirements.
If your project is reasonably predictable - an Electrical Installation Condition Report say, we'll offer you an instant quote, and can book the work in for you straight away. For re-wiring, refurbishment, and almost everything else, as all our work is tailored to our clients' needs, we'll book in a site visit.
Are you a property developer, builder, or do you run a block management business? Again, talk to us about your requirements. We're happy to help.
Site Visit
A site visit will take up to an hour and will include:
· Confirmation of your needs and objectives
· A scope of the works
· Timeframes and budgets
Importantly, if you’re a commercial client, we’re keen to learn about the growth plans that you may have for your business. Why? Because we'll aim to offer services that are in effect “modular”, that is, they can be expanded without a re-start of the entire process. You won’t need to spend more than you need to.
Estimate
Look out for your itemised estimate. It will arrive promptly, with everything you need to know:
· Your objectives
· Deliverables
· Resources
· Comprehensive costings
Delivery of Electrical Works
We think that our prompt, courteous service will impress you immediately. The Zel team will have scoped the works in advance, and we’ll know what needs doing, as well as how to do it - and when. We'll keep flexible, though: if the project demands a different method of working, or an alternative approach, that's no problem.
If we work in partnership with you, we’re happy to follow your lead as a sub-contractor, or to be a key part of the project management team.
With regular progress meetings for larger projects, we’ll keep you fully up to speed with progress. And afterwards? With everything spick and span, all you need do is switch on the lights.
